Actions in favor of Health and Environmental Sustainability
STAHL® contributes to the continuity of actions in favor of health and social sustainability.
Stahl's partnership with Senai
Stahl periodically donates computer equipment and measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, dial indicators, etc., for use by students in their learning.
Our employees undergo training whenever necessary according to their activity (welder, machine operator, etc.). In addition, Stahl periodically hires apprentices from SENAI so that they can enter the job market according to their training (mechanic, electrician, etc.).
Medical and Dental Assistance
STAHL® has a fully equipped clinic with a doctor and dentist who provide daily care to its employees and their dependents at no cost.
Children's Home
The construction and design of the space were made possible through a partnership between the Municipality of Mairinque, the Social Work organization, and the Social Solidarity Fund, with support from Stahl, which donated the equipment on loan for social projects, and the State Government, represented at the time by the then First Lady Maria Lúcia Alckmin, which donated some of the toys. The property has 8 houses built and made available to shelter underprivileged children who have suffered abuse or abandonment.
Called Casa da Criança (Children's House), it now houses children and pre-adolescents, providing them with comfort, shelter, and all necessary assistance. It has a complete structure with dining halls, dormitories, learning areas, and leisure facilities maintained by the Municipality of Mairinque.
