Actions for Health and Environmental Sustainability
STAHL® contributes to the continuity of actions in favor of health and social sustainability.
Stahl’s partnership with Senai
Stahl periodically makes donations of computer equipment and measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, dial gauges, etc. So that they can be used by students in learning.
Our employees carry out training whenever necessary according to their activity (welder, machine operator, etc.). In addition, Stahl periodically hires apprentices from Senai so that they can enter the job market according to their apprenticeship (mechanic, electrician, etc.).
Medical and Dental Assistance
STAHL® has a fully prepared outpatient clinic, with a Doctor and Dentist who serve its employees and dependents daily at no cost.
Children's House
The construction and composition of the space took place through a partnership signed between Mairinque City Hall, Obra Social and the Social Solidarity Fund, with support from Stahl, which donated in lending, to support social projects, and the State Government represented at the time by the then first lady Maria Lúcia Alckmin, who donated part of the toys. The land has 8 houses built and made available to shelter underprivileged minors who have suffered abuse or abandonment.
Called Casa da Criança, today it houses children and pre-teens, providing them with comfort, shelter and all necessary assistance. They have a complete structure with cafeterias, dormitories, learning and leisure areas maintained by the Municipality of Mairinque.
